I am delighted to be returning to the beautiful Hotel Finca el Cerrillo. The hotel is a restored olive mill retaining stunning original features and providing modern comforts. It is set in the high foothills of the Sierra Almijara region of Southern Spain. It's peaceful location makes it ideal to get away from hectic/busy lives.

Why not treat yourself to a very relaxing week. Learn or improve your tai chi and chi kung. If the weather is good enough then this will be done outside - see pictures from last year, although I can’t guarantee the weather! Join in the daily meditation sessions. Take time to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views.

During free time it is possible to walk to the nearest village - Canillas de Albadia but the route is steep, or venture a bit further to Competa, it is walkable but a local taxi will take you there

On day four there will be no tai chi or meditation sessions. This day is free for you to explore and enjoy all the area has to offer, whether it is a visit to the Alhambra Palace or chilling out at the local tapas bar (both options are highly recommended!). To finish off the day we’ll be enjoying one of the Finca’s fantastic dinners.

All meals are included in the price with the exception of lunch on the day off.

The hotel has an honesty bar. Purchases from the bar are not included in the cost.

Cost:

£500 per person sharing a twin or double room.

 £625 per person single occupancy.

What is included : Full board (except lunch on one day), transfers to and from airport if we all arrive at or around the same time. Arrivals at different times then you have to pay your own transfers. All tai chi and meditation sessions..

Not included : air fares to and from Malaga airport, insurance, optional excursions, wine with meals, other drinks/ refreshments.
